We deal with more than IRC-related issues, we want to make every user who require our help to understand that he/she is using a free service, so everyone should understand that we love what we do, and we do not get a paycheck or whatsoever, so everytime we give an answer we try to improve the quality of that answer regarding the generated issue, we want to give the best answer/solution for every day-to-day problems and conflicts that we have to deal with. We also dispose of psychology-based answers and we do want you to understand why that thing is that way instead of being the other way.
